Company Director


Douglas and Dean is led by Nicola Draper who has over 22 years experience in the property market as a Letting & Estate Agent. Nicola set up the company in 2008 and the business has gone from strength to strength to become one of North Devon’s most reputable agents and is very proud of our 5 star google rating. She is passionate about helping people and loves agreeing a let or sale.

Company Director


With over 30 years years experience in the local area, Andrews role here is to value homes for sale and carry out the duties as an Estate Agent.  He is very passionate about providing a first class service from start to finish. With a great reputation within the local area Andrew has dealt with thousands of transactions dealing with the smallest of lock up garages to multi million pound homes.  


Tracey Langham

Lettings & Sales Property Advisor


With over 20 years experience as a Sales & Lettings Property advisor, Tracey joined Douglas and Dean in 2008 where she has built up a good reputation to many clients.  Traceys main role is to help with phone calls, viewings, inventories and the general maintenance of our lettings department, carrying out referencing checks and AML checks for vendors and purchasers and the various tasks within the office to assist Nicola & Andrew in the smooth day to day running of the office.  Tracey is a very valued part of what makes the business run smoothly as possible.



Top dog

My role here at Douglas and Dean is to keep my mum Nicola on her toes.  I am three years old  and love being in the office and meeting new people and spending time with Tracey and Andrew too.  I enjoy spending my spare time when out the office on nice long dog walks with my family and James.
